Position Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in promoting our brand services through various marketing channels. If you are passionate about building strategic relationships with potential referral partners and have a creative mindset, we want to hear from you. This position is a perfect fit for someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and has wished to own their own business but without the hassle of having to deal with it all.
The Area Sales Manager primary responsibility is to prospect, cultivate, and maintain relationships with referral partners, such as plumbers, property managers, and insurance agents (just to name a few) that results in referrals of restoration opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with high volume referral partners to drive lead generation
- Collaborate with owner to create engaging marketing campaigns
- Coordinate and attend events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns

Ideal candidate would be someone that has door to door, hospitality(such as waiter/waitress/bartender), or similar type sales experience.

Pay Range:
$50,000 - $100,000 total comp (base plus commission) commission is uncapped!!
