As a Water, Fire, & Mold Restoration Technician, you'll be on the front lines helping restore homes and businesses affected by water, fire, mold, and storm damage.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damage restoration
- Deconstruct, clean, dry, and disinfect affected structures and personal property
- Set up and monitor drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
- Communicate clearly with the team and update job progress
- Maintain clean equipment, vehicles, and a professional appearance
- Assist with job-site management and accurate documentation
- Follow all safety and company protocols
- Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or GED, military background valued but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no accidents/tickets in the past 3 years)
- Ability to pass a background check (as required by law)
- Available for on-call rotation, including evenings/weekends
- Experience in restoration or construction is a plus (but not required β we train!)
