Water Fire Mold Restoration apprentice

Restoration Technician

You don't need restoration experience. You just need the right attitude.

Looking for a career where hard work can actually take you somewhere?

Maybe you're stuck in a job where you work hard but don't see a path forward.

Maybe you're tired of sitting behind a desk.

Maybe you're good with your hands, you know how to solve problems, you're comfortable working under pressure, and you're ready to learn a trade that can turn into a real career.

If that's you, United Water Restoration Group wants to meet you.

United Water Restoration Group is the largest privately owned restoration company in Florida, with locations throughout the state—and we're growing.

We're looking for motivated people to join our team as Restoration Technicians.

No Restoration Experience? That's OK, we'll teach you the restoration business the way it should be done.

What we're looking for is someone who:

• Shows up when they say they will
• Takes pride in their work
• Isn't afraid to get their hands dirty
• Can solve problems instead of waiting for someone else to solve them
• Treats customers with respect
• Works well with a team
• Can stay calm when things get hectic
• Wants to learn a skill—not just find another job
• Wants the opportunity to grow into greater responsibility

If you've worked in construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, maintenance, landscaping, automotive, warehouse operations, moving, hospitality, property management, or another hands-on industry, you may already have many of the skills we're looking for.

And if you've never worked in any of those industries but you're a hard worker who is ready to learn, we still want to hear from you.

The Person We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone who has a perfect resume.

We're looking for someone with potential.

You may be the person who has always been the one others call when something needs to get fixed.

You may be the person who doesn't mind working outside in the Florida heat.

You may be coming from a job where you've learned how to work with customers, operate equipment, manage a crew, solve problems, or work with your hands.

Or maybe you're simply ready for someone to give you an opportunity.

If you're dependable, coachable, hardworking, and hungry to build something better, we'll teach you the rest.

You must:

• Have a valid driver's license
• Be able to lift and move 25–50 pounds
• Be comfortable working in homes, businesses, crawl spaces, attics, and other job-site environments
