Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum five (5) years of payroll experience.
- Experience with UKG Ready preferred.
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain payroll and timekeeping systems.
- Review and resolve timesheet discrepancies, payroll exceptions, and adjustments.
- Prepare and process bi-weekly and off-cycle payrolls accurately and timely.
- Prepare and submit payroll, retirement, audit, and compliance reports.
- Administer retirement plan file submissions and support related audits.
- Partner with Human Resources to address employee payroll and timekeeping inquiries.
- Process payroll corrections, garnishments, and mileage reimbursements.
- Support year-end payroll activities and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate on process improvements, automation, and procedure documentation.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Provide payroll and administrative support to Finance as needed.
