What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Sales Representative
- Meet with customers directly and introduce available services and promotions
- Walk each customer through options so they feel confident in their decision
- Support enrollments, upgrades, and service changes as an Entry Level Sales Representative
- Answer questions and make sure each customer understands what they’re signing up for
- Look for ways to improve the customer experience through additional support or solutions
- Learn how to manage conversations from start to finish in a real sales environment
- Work with other Entry Level Sales Representative team members to stay aligned and improve daily performance
