About the Role

Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders and identify needs to ensure complete satisfaction
- Prepare timely and accurate quotes for customer requests
- Partner with the outside sales team to support and grow customer accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and returns
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers on shipments, pricing, and issue resolution
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records, including order updates and follow-ups
- Proactively identify solutions to customer challenges and support long-term relationship building
Qualifications
- 2 years of inside or outside sales experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to manage and resolve customer concerns
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based business systems
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel occasionally (up to 5%)
- Flexibility to work additional hours when needed (e.g., during weather-related emergencies)
- Postsecondary education preferred
