Requirements / Responsibilities:
- Bilingual
- Own Form of Transportation
- Your Own Tools
- MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE ! *
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities for tracking work orders history
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Completion of safety inspections requirements.
- Maintaining HVAC Units
- Experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing environments, or residential painting projects.
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Strong electrical experience including wiring, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Utilize tools to identify electrical faults accurately
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals effectively
- Communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration with team members, Bilingual Preferred.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical work, welding, and general facilities maintenance
- Customer service orientation with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams or external contractors.
This Position is FULL TIME Monday - Friday with ON-CALL every other weekend.
We service Both Commercial and Residential Properties all throughout Connecticut.
Location Building coverage area includes: Waterbury, Middletown, Plainville, Bristol, Bridgeport CT with more locations to come.
Your own transportation is Required. Pay Rate is determined by experience: $18 - $25/hour
