United Trust Bank is expanding its Wholesale Lending team and is seeking experienced, driven Account Executives to grow broker and correspondent relationships across the Southeast. If you're a self-starter with a strong network of mortgage originators and a passion for wholesale lending, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage a portfolio of wholesale broker and mini correspondent partners within your assigned territory
- Drive loan volume growth by identifying and onboarding new approved brokers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing, product guidelines, and loan scenario consultation
- Partner with operations, underwriting, and secondary marketing teams to ensure a smooth borrower and broker experience
- Represent United Trust Bank at industry events, broker visits, and networking functions
- Stay current on GSE, FHA/VA/USDA, Jumbo and Portfolio guidelines to effectively advise partners
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record as a Wholesale or TPO Account Executive, ideally with an existing broker network in the assigned states
- Strong working knowledge of conventional, government, and non-QM loan products
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
