At United Transport LLC, we give owner operators the opportunity to operate under our authority while remaining in control of their business. You own your truck, decide whether to accept available loads, and enjoy the independence of being your own boss while we provide dispatch, compliance support, insurance, and access to freight opportunities.

We’re looking for professional Over-the-Road (OTR) owner operators who are committed to staying out a minimum of 10 consecutive days and are looking for a long-term partnership with a growing carrier.

What You’ll Haul

Our dispatch team works to secure freight from a variety of sources, including:

• Direct shipper freight
• Broker freight
• Power-only transportation
• Dry van freight
• Intermodal container transportation
• Rail yard container pickups and deliveries
• Port and container moves
• Dedicated customer freight
• Expedited freight (when available)
• Commercial contract freight
• Municipal and public-sector transportation opportunities as they become available

As United Transport LLC continues to grow, we are actively expanding relationships with commercial shippers, logistics providers, and government agencies to pursue future contract opportunities that benefit our drivers.

Compensation

• $5,000–$7,000 weekly take-home after fixed deductions (based on miles, freight availability, and performance)
• 75% of the gross revenue from every delivered load
• Fuel surcharge included in the total gross revenue

Fixed Weekly Deductions

• Insurance

• Weekly fixed deduction: $100–$200 (based on operating agreement and minimum 20 working days per month)

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Must have your own SEMI TRUCK
• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Minimum 2 years of verified Regional or OTR experience
• Willing to stay out at least 10 consecutive days
• Fluent in English
• Must own a smartphone or tablet for dispatch and electronic logging
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• No CMV moving violations or preventable accidents within the past 3 years
• No moving violations or preventable accidents in a personal vehicle within the past 2 years
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screening
• Must pass a background check
• Certain offenses may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Tractor must be in good mechanical condition with no excessive body damage
• Truck must be compatible with the Motive ELD system
• Must pass a pre-hire DOT inspection
