Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented General CNC Laborer to support our machining team. Pay is negotiable.

Responsibilities
- Assist with materials handling, including loading, unloading, and moving raw materials and finished goods using hand tools and forklifts.
- Operate machinery including Swiss machines, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, CNC programming tools, forklift, manual machines, and CAM programming software to produce precision parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CAD files to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
- Conduct quality control checks using calipers, micrometers, precision measuring instruments, and other tools to verify dimensions and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by following safety protocols and factory procedures.
- Support packaging and shipping operations by preparing finished products for delivery while ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Use hand tools for assembly line tasks, fabrication, or repairs as needed.
- Assist with tooling setup, basic CNC programming adjustments, or troubleshooting machinery issues under supervision.
- Follow safety guidelines diligently while operating equipment such as forklift trucks or working with welding equipment.
- Collaborate with team members on projects requiring mechanical knowledge or manufacturing expertise to meet production goals efficiently.
Experience
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with machining processes
- Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, GD&T standards, and precision measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers is essential.
- Knowledge of materials handling equipment including forklifts (certification preferred) is beneficial.
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
