Recovery Agent - Dothan, AL

Ever thought about getting into vehicle recovery, but didn't know where to start?

Here's the truth nobody else will tell you: you don't need experience. You need work ethic.

If you've driven a tow truck, worn a badge, served in the military, run logistics, or just outworked everybody at whatever you've done - you already have what it takes. The rest? We'll teach you.

Here's why you start with United:

We literally wrote the training program. Recovery Master is the only hands-on training school in the entire industry. We're so good at it, other companies send us their agents. You'll learn from the people who set the standard.

You'll never be alone out there. We built a 24/7 support hotline, live skip-tracing help, and a whole team behind you. Stuck? Call. See a plate in a driveway? We'll run it on the spot. That's not normal in this business. That's United.

The work is already here. We partner with all 25 of the top 25 auto lenders in America. Your map shows up clean and full — we filter out the junk so you focus on the real ones. You don't hunt for work. It's waiting.

Your safety comes first. Always. We don't do title loan work. We're DOT-compliant by choice. Why? Because our #1 job is getting you home to your family every single night. That's not a rule — it's a promise.

You're building a real career. 401k. Paid training. Agent of the Month. Safety bonuses. Travel opportunities. And a company that's been standing strong since 1974 — one that had ZERO layoffs during COVID.

Perks/Benefits:

• Eligibility to enroll in major medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance plans.

• Eligibility to enroll in 401(k) savings program with company match after 1 year of tenure.

• Company truck with fuel and maintenance included.

• No cold calling accounts. All assignments are provided and internally skipped for quality.

You've thought about it long enough.

The only question left is: are you ready to go to work?

Apply today. We'll handle the rest.
