What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lot Operations Coordinator position at United TN Holdings Inc?
UR2 is seeking a motivated Lot Coordinator to join our Memphis, TN, team. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the post-repossession process, as well as helping to keep the storage lot maintained. In this position, you will be spending most of your time outdoors. Responsibilities include:
- Process repossessed vehicles and upload photos
- Properly inventory all personal property within repossessed vehicles
- Complete condition reports in a timely manner
- Prep vehicles for transport to auction
- Provide customer service to debtors redeeming vehicles and personal property
- Provide professional service to transporters and third parties who are authorized on the lot
- Other various tasks as directed by the Lot Supervisor
This is an entry-level position, starting at $16-$17/hour
*Note* This position does not involve the actual repossession of vehicles or equipment.
We have a very relaxed, informal work atmosphere, and a family-friendly, daytime work schedule. Training will be provided upon hiring.
