Role Description
This is a full-time remote or on-site role for a Bookkeeper located in the Chicago. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Daily tasks include reconciling accounts, posting transactions, preparing financial reports, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. The Bookkeeper will work closely with other team members to achieve accurate financial tracking and reporting.
Qualifications
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, and MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of payroll processing and account reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukranian
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in E-commerce would be beneficial
