What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Mechanic, General Service Technician position at United Tire & Service?
***This job will be located in Willow Grove, PA ***
We are currently seeking candidates that are willing to learn from the ground up to perform services on passenger and light truck vehicles. Experience preferred but not required as we are willing to train.
Responsibilities:
- Routine maintenance on cars and light trucks.
- Tire replacement, oil changes and preventative maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed while working in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to learn and retain specific procedures trained on the job.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an automotive technician a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn new repairs each day as needed with training.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
