As a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative, you’ll be a key part of delivering the friendly, reliable service our customers expect from United. This role focuses on hands-on customer service, helping customers with sales, service, and troubleshooting questions, and assisting with bill payments, while also supporting store operations such as opening and closing, inventory, and cash handling. You’ll serve as a go-to resource for both customers and team members, helping keep the store running smoothly and ensuring every customer has a positive experience.

What You’ll Do
Help customers with sales, service, troubleshooting, and bill payments (in-store over the phone)
Assist with day-to-day operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and store readiness

What We’re Looking For
Friendly, outgoing, customer-focused personality
2 years retail or customer service experience (wireless preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with technology
