About the Role
We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to support our growing warehouse and logistics operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, accuracy, and being part of a team that keeps products moving efficiently and on time.

What You’ll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations, shipping, inventory, and basic technical handling of network equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- Packaging and labeling shipments according to company standards
- Preparing orders for FedEx, UPS, LTL, and other carriers
- Verifying product accuracy before shipment
- Maintaining inventory organization and performing cycle counts
- Entering and updating data in warehouse systems, Excel, and QuickBooks
- Moving, staging, and storing equipment safely
- Assisting with basic inspection, cleaning, or minor technical handling of equipment
- Communicating with the Warehouse Manager and team to prioritize daily work
- Supporting overall warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma (required)
- Experience in a warehouse or shipping environment (preferred)
- Excel, QuickBooks, FedEx, and UPS software experience (a plus)
- Forklift or warehouse safety experience (a plus)
- Understanding of inventory and warehouse processes (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet shipment deadlines
- A track record of reliability and accountability
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 80 lbs occasionally
Ability to bend, squat, reach, twist, and move throughout the warehouse
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
Ability to operate computers, scanners, and basic warehouse equipment
Compensation & Benefits
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience and skillset

Some flexibility and limited overtime may be required to meet shipment deadlines
