Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support a strategic Digital Assets initiative focused on Stablecoin Payments and Tokenized Deposits. The ideal candidate will possess deep, hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade digital asset solutions within financial institutions or fintech organizations.
This role requires strong expertise in stablecoin ecosystems, digital asset custody, blockchain-based payment solutions, tokenized deposits, and integration with industry platforms such as Ripple and Stablecore. The architect will define end-to-end solution architecture, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and drive the successful implementation of next-generation digital asset platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end architecture for Digital Assets platforms supporting Stablecoins and Tokenized Deposits.
- Define scalable, secure, and compliant solution architectures for blockchain-enabled payment systems.
- Lead technical design and implementation of stablecoin payment flows, custodial solutions, and tokenized deposit capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and external technology partners.
- Design integrations with digital asset platforms such as Ripple, Stablecore, and related ecosystem providers.
- Establish architecture standards, governance, and security best practices for Digital Assets solutions.
- Evaluate emerging blockchain technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support architecture reviews, technical roadmaps, proof of concepts (POCs), and technology selection.
- Ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, scalability, and operational requirements.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle from design through implementation.
Required Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven hands-on experience delivering Digital Assets or Blockchain-based solutions.
- Strong expertise in Stablecoin payment ecosystems.
- Experience designing Tokenized Deposit solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Digital Asset custody and custodial transaction flows.
- Experience integrating with Digital Asset platforms such as Ripple, Stablecore, or similar providers.
- Strong understanding of distributed ledger technologies (DLT) and blockchain architecture.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, high-availability financial platforms.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech organizations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
