Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder WMS Engineer / Technical Analyst with strong expertise in Blue Yonder WMS (BY WMS) / Warehouse Management on Open Systems (WMOS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in WMS support, technical customization, integrations, deployments, and warehouse operations within supply chain environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, support, and enhance Blue Yonder WMS / WMOS applications
- Build and support custom solutions using:
- MOCA
- DDA
- Integrator
- Page Builder
- Reports & Labels
- Handle production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
- Develop and support integrations using Blue Yonder Integrator and middleware platforms
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for analysis and troubleshooting
- Support inbound, outbound, inventory, and task execution warehouse flows
- Perform technical design, impact analysis, customization, and documentation
- Execute unit testing and support SIT/UAT cycles
- Manage deployments, rollout creation, migrations, and release activities
- Support go-live, cutover, and hypercare stabilization activities
- Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and technical stakeholders
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Blue Yonder WMS / WMOS

- Strong understanding of warehouse management and supply chain operations
- Experience in production support and service delivery
- Knowledge of APIs, interfaces, and integration troubleshooting
- Strong SQL and database skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Retail or eCommerce industry experience
- Exposure to Cloud and DevOps environments
- ITIL or process management knowledge
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale warehouse operations
