What are the responsibilities and job description for the Non-Destructive Testing Inspector - II (RT & PAUT) position at United Technical Inc?
LEVEL II RT & PAUT INSPECTOR
United Technical Inc. | Full-Time
You know your craft. So do we.
United Technical Inc. is looking for an experienced Level II Inspector in Radiographic Testing (RT) and Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) to join our team full-time.
This isn't a position where you'll be stuck doing the same thing every day.
Our inspectors support customers across a wide range of industries, providing critical NDT services where and when our customers need us. You'll have the opportunity to work with different customers, applications, materials, and inspection challenges while representing a company that takes technical excellence seriously.
WE KNOW NDT. WE EXPECT YOU TO KNOW IT, TOO.
We're not looking for someone who simply has certifications on paper.
We're looking for an inspector who knows the work, takes pride in doing it right, follows procedures, and can demonstrate the skills their qualifications say they have.
Successful candidates must:
- Hold Level II qualifications in RT and PAUT
- Provide complete and verifiable training and certification records
- Be prepared to demonstrate hands-on competency
- Read, understand, and follow written procedures and customer requirements
- Produce accurate, professional inspection documentation
- Be comfortable supporting customers across multiple industries
- Work independently while representing United Technical professionally at customer locations
- Take ownership of the quality and accuracy of their work
- Understand that shortcuts and “close enough” aren't how we operate
WHY UNITED TECHNICAL?
Because good inspectors deserve to work with people who understand what they do.
At United Technical, we know our business and we know NDT. We respect technical ability, experience, accountability, and people who take pride in their craft.
We expect a lot from our team — because our customers expect a lot from us.
In return, you'll become part of a company where your skills matter, your expertise is valued, and you'll have the opportunity to support customers and industries that depend on quality NDT.
THINK YOU'RE THAT GOOD?
Prove it. Join United Technical Inc.
