United Talent is Immediately hiring a HVAC Maintenance Technician for a company in Poca, WV!
Job Duties:
- Install, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
- Conduct thorough system testing and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform preventative maintenance and tune-ups on all types of HVAC equipment
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Conduct initial consultations and assessments to understand customer needs.
- Provide clear, upfront quotes and transparent repair options.
- Ensure installations and repairs are performed to industry standards and local codes.
- Clean up the job site and leave the property in good condition after completing work.
- Maintain professional courtesy and integrity in all interactions with customers.
- Be available for emergency services, often with 24/7 availability
Pay & Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm, pay is starting at $25.00 an hour, based on experience
Requirements:
- HVAC 5 years experience
- Maintenance background
- Technology skills- IPAD/ phone/ pictures
- Must bring own tools
- On call availability for Kanawha, Putnam and Cabell counties
