- Maintain accurate inventory management of sterile supplies, tracking instrument usage and reprocessing cycles efficiently.
- Follow strict aseptic techniques during cleaning, sterilization, and packaging processes to prevent contamination.
- Document sterilization procedures meticulously, including batch records and maintenance logs for compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely availability of sterile instruments for scheduled surgeries and procedures.
- Stay informed about updates in sterilization procedures, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology relevant to surgical instrumentation.
