Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical First Assist or equivalent program
- Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) credential required
- Active certification and compliance with continuing education requirements
- Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred or as required by the center)
- Multispecialty experience in an operating room or ambulatory surgery center preferred
- Ability to function effectively in a fast paced, multispecialty surgical environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
