Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Surgical Technician Program and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Current BLS certification
- Previous experience as a Certified Scrub Technician in an ambulatory surgery center or hospital setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced surgical environment.
- Dedication to upholding the highest standards of patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
