Our Sterile Processing team plays a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of patient safety by ensuring all instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and ready for use.
We are an AAAHC-accredited, physician-owned ambulatory surgery center committed to quality, efficiency, and teamwork. With 2 operating rooms and 1 procedure room supporting specialties such as orthopedics, neurosurgery, ENT, ophthalmology, and more, our sterile processing professionals are essential to keeping cases running smoothly and supporting a high-performing surgical team.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Sterile Processing experience
- Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program
- Experience with all types of sterilizers
- Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures
- Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed
