This facility has 14 inpatient beds, 8 OR’s, 3 PR’s, 2 Cath Labs and a large outpatient imaging program. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of Bariatrics, GI, Heart and Vascular, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Spine, Urology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Podiatry, Robotics (2 Da Vinci, 1 Mako & 1 Aquablation) and GYN.
The ideal candidate for this role will either have Surgical Hospital or other Hospital Leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for all nursing and clinical departments
- Ensure safe, effective, and compliant patient care through evidence-based nursing practice
- Develop and manage nursing staffing models, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives
- Partner with physicians, executive leadership, and the governing board on strategy and operations
- Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and standards of nursing practice
- Oversee talent development, performance management, and employee engagement
- Integrate current research and best practices into nursing care delivery
- Represent nursing services in medical staff, executive, and board meetings
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required)
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience in a hospital setting
- Proven leadership over multiple, complex nursing or clinical departments
- Surgical background/leadership experience required
- CNO experience and surgical hospital experience preferred
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
