The Surgical Technologist scrubs procedures, demonstrates clinical competence, and collaborates with leadership to support safety, quality, customer service, and financial outcomes.

Schedule
- Part-Time
- Monday through Thursday
- Day shift hours based on surgical schedule
- No weekends or holidays
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields and instruments
- Scrub and assist during surgical procedures
- Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and surgical team
- Ensure proper handling and care of surgical instruments and equipment
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards
- Support facility goals related to quality, patient safety, and patient satisfaction
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with patients, physicians, staff, and vendors
- Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Previous experience in a surgical setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and surgical patient management
- Understanding of aseptic techniques and their application
