Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patient admission and intake
- Record and document vital signs and medical history
- Prepare charts and assist with scheduling and phone calls
- Provide support during GI procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient service
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure excellent care
Skills & Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required
- Clinical experience preferred
- Ability to accurately measure and record vital signs
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Strong administrative skills, including scheduling and documentation
- Excellent communication and patient service skills
- Team-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
