ABOUT UNITED SUPPLY

United Supply operates companies in munitions, suppressors, drones/C-UAS, and advanced materials. Clients also hire us for sales and contracting, supply chain and logistics, international trade, and contract manufacturing. We make and move things the defense industrial base runs on.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Run the operating cadence across all companies and make sure decisions get executed.

- Track every commitment — internal and client — and chase it to done.

- Keep client engagements on schedule: contracting, logistics, international trade, manufacturing.

- Sell — help land and close deals for our companies and our clients.

- Coordinate compliance across ITAR, ATF/NFA, FAA, and DoD contracting, working with counsel.

- Run calendar and email / Own follow-ups

- Handle the details around travel, site visits, and deals

WHO YOU ARE

- Experience running operations — military, chief of staff, portfolio ops, or manufacturing.

- Defense or military background strongly preferred.

- Experience and relationships in defense sales and supply chain preferred — a network you can put to work on day one.

- You can sell. Comfortable driving a deal from first call to signed contract.

- Competitive. You keep score and you hate losing.

- Relentless and creative — "no" means find another way in.

- You take initiative. You see what needs doing and do it without being asked.

- Compulsive about follow-through. Comfortable being the person who asks, "is it done?"

- Organized to a fault — you build the trackers, lists, and systems so nobody else has to.

- Advanced with Claude — you use AI as leverage for drafting, research, tracking, and building systems.

- No task is beneath you. Booking the flight and running the meeting are the same job.

$120-$150k base plus commision with $500k attainable.
