What You Bring To The Table
- Food Prep Experience:Prior experience in meat or seafood preparation, grocery, or food service preferred.
- Product Knowledge:Understanding meat and seafood types, freshness indicators, and safe handling practices.
- Customer Service Skills:Ability to assist customers with product selection and provide helpful cooking or preparation tips.
- Food Safety Awareness:Familiarity with sanitation standards and procedures for handling raw products.
- Attention to Detail:Ability to maintain clean displays, monitor product quality, and follow packaging guidelines.
- Physical Capability:Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs. and working in refrigerated environments.
- Team Collaboration:Willingness to support fellow associates and contribute to a positive store culture.
- Multitasking & Efficiency:Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy.
