United Structural Services LLC provides commercial and residential foundation repair, waterproofing, floor support systems, sinkhole remediation, encapsulation, concrete leveling, and other specialty contracting services to Southeast states.
United Structural Systems is looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to our team. The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with stakeholders across all departments to ensure the platform supports business needs, maintains security, drives process efficiency and provides accurate reporting.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment (user setup, roles, profiles, permissions and security).
- Manage Salesforce data feeds and other integrations as necessary.
- Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflow automation, and other tasks as needed.
- Identify, design and implement process improvements including automation, validation rules and flows.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits, management and cleansing activities.
- Provide training, support and documentation to users to enhance adoption and maximize Salesforce effectiveness.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to define system requirements, recommend solutions and drive enhancements.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases, features and best practice to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead efforts to onboard new business units and users to Salesforce.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent relevant experience
- 5 years’ experience as Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role
- Salesforce certifications a plus
- Experience with creating reports, dashboards, workflows and automation
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate with customers and team members in a professional manner
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel to our Nashville office and other business unit offices as needed (25-35% travel primarily on an as-needed project basis).
