Job Overview

United Steel Products Inc is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented AP/CSR to join our office and admin team. This hybrid role combines administrative support with accounts payable duties, making it perfect for a multi-tasker with a passion for organization and customer service. Youll serve as the go-to contact for vendors and internal teams while helping maintain smooth financial and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests

  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems

  • Support general administrative tasks: scheduling, data entry, and document preparation

  • Answer phones and emails with professionalism and courtesy

  • Support inventory tracking and assist with sales record maintenance

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

  • Assist with customer service tasks as needed

Qualifications
  • 3 years in accounts payable or administrative roles preferred

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred

  • Experience in a construction or service-based industry a plus

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Team-oriented, punctual, and dependable

  • Able to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive financial data
