Job Title: Program Manager
Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Reports to: Executive Director
Summary: Responsible for the overall management of USYVL sites (programs) including, but not limited to program supervision, planning, communicating with Site Directors (Local Program Administrators) and Clinicians (Local Program Volleyball Instructors), and maintaining the highest level of service to United States Youth Volleyball League participants, vendors, and stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Manage Program Coordinators.
- Obtain facility permits and insurance.
- Recruit Volunteer Site Directors and hire Clinicians.
- Recruit Volunteer Coaches.
- Train Site Directors and Clinicians in the administrative aspects of the program.
- Reports to Executive Director, providing weekly status updates.
- Outreach to schools and community to grow program participation.
- Maintain accurate site information.
- Create forms and reports as needed.
- Oversee Site Directors and Clinicians.
- Other duties may be assigned.

- Excellent writing and verbal skills.
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
- High energy, positive attitude and love for sports.
- Computer literate; type 40 wpm; basic data entry skills with high accuracy.
- Resourceful, organized, self-motivated and good time management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot.
- Ability to meet deadlines and create reports.
- Efficient multi-tasking ability, attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Valid California driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance coverage.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds unassisted.
Education and/or Experience
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years managing in the sports coordination, event coordination or project management field.

· Commensurate with experience.
