The Role WebTMA Management
This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $18.00.

The Role WebTMA Management
- Input, update, and maintain accurate and timely information in the WebTMA work order system.
- Collect, organize, and input data into Google Sheets/Excel spreadsheets for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Generate reports from data sources to provide insights into departmental performance.
- Work closely with Sr Manager, Facility Operations, to ensure alignment with departmental goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance data accuracy and streamline processes.
- Participate in projects and initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- High energy level and strong work ethic, with strong “can-do” demeanor
- This position is designated as "on-site" and requires the employee to be at the office site to complete the required tasks associated with the position.
