Precision Machining Operator, Oilfield Couplings

If you enjoy dialing in CNC equipment and confirming every measurement, this role is for you. Join our team producing threaded couplings for oil and gas applications at our Pine Bluff facility.

Compensation starts at $21.00/hour

• Operate CNC machines to cut metal couplings to exact specifications.
• Adjust programs to maintain efficiency and part quality.
• Change out carbide tooling using handheld industrial tools.
• Follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures for safe, consistent results.
• Use touch-screen interfaces (HDMI) to run equipment and record production data.
• Document measurements both on paper and electronically; enter results in our database.
• Apply basic math to perform inspection calculations.
• Verify tolerances using precise instruments such as dial indicators and calipers (down to 0.001”).
• Use air tools and wrenches; operate a forklift when needed.
• Follow all safety rules and apply Hazardous Energy Controlled Procedures.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work an industrial schedule: 8–12 hour day and night shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
• Willingness to work required overtime.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and self-direction.
• Comfort wearing PPE at all times: hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and metatarsal boots.
• Capability to perform manual labor and repeatedly lift over 25 lbs.

• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or construction settings.
• Experience with forklifts and precision inspection equipment.
• 1 year in a related role preferred.

• $21.00/hour starting pay
