We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Intern at our Gary Works facility.

- Support the management and maintenance of the quality systems critical to ISO/QS 9000 and API certifications
- Assist with the formulation and maintenance of quality control standards and objectives
- Collaborating with research and process technology engineers to investigate and propose solutions to internal/external customer quality issues
- Assisting with development and delivery of quality-control training
- Travel to operating facilities is expected
- All plant activities require a Safety-First work attitude.
- Incumbent is expected to attend conferences within the field of expertise
- Candidates must be a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related field
- Candidate must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
- Candidates must be a current student and have completed their sophomore year by June 2027 and be in good academic standing
- Be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
