Description:
As the Chief of the Cyber Security and Infrastructure Division, you will provide critical technical and analytical leadership for a complex, global information system. Your role will be central to planning, developing, testing, integrating, and maintaining the system's integrity across multiple security levels. This involves managing multi-million-dollar projects, setting strategic goals, and allocating resources to pioneer new computer communication capabilities. You will represent the organization in high-level meetings with key partners such as HQ Combat Forces Command (FLDCOM), Space Force, Air Force, and various national intelligence agencies, making pivotal technical decisions and project commitments. A significant part of your responsibilities will include directing systems analysis to enhance enterprise information systems, overseeing cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization, and providing senior IT advisory to leadership on complex issues ranging from Cyber Information Assurance to Special Access Programs. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the operational stability, integrity, and reliability of enterprise intelligence systems through hands-on maintenance, system upgrades, and customer coordination.

Looking for 3-5 years ISSO/ISSM Experience & DoD 8570 Certification (Old) DoD 8140 Certification (New). Key Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of IT systems analysis and Internet concepts, functions, techniques, and capabilities sufficient to evaluate new and emerging IT security methods and principles, the feasibility of proposed new systems in addition, applications software projects, and to design, test, and maintain information systems and applications software and ensure successful integration with existing and anticipated infrastructure.
- Knowledge of network architecture, interrelationships, operating modes, configuration, topology, and protocols, client/server technology, open systems architecture, distributed computing, web publishing, web-enabled applications and information retrieval techniques including access and security safeguards.
- Knowledge of IT management information systems and applications software technology: ability to isolate causes of problems between hardware, system, and applications software programs and measure system performance and/or extend operating system capabilities to support organizational business processes and operations, oversee IT requirements and application software development techniques required in carrying out project assignments of considerable difficulty and with little specificity regarding approach to be followed, and maintain an up-to-date awareness of technological advances, and advise management on meeting future requirements.
- Skill in applying methods and practices for troubleshooting, recovering, adjusting, modifying and improving systems to solve complex problems, provide support that minimizes interruptions in service to customers, and maintain liaison with industry and other activities to provide awareness of state-of-the-art technology, experience applying analytical and evaluative techniques to identify/investigate/resolve issues/problems associated with contract support as well as modifying standard practices and techniques.
- Skill in conducting unbiased complex research, identifying appropriate available systems/data sources, and producing collection requirement assessments that answer specific tasks to link and leverage agency capabilities in support of consumers, customers, and clients.
- Skill in communicating effectively with others, both orally and in writing; in working out solutions to problems or questions related to the work; writing clear and concise intelligence products; and delivering written and/or verbal presentations to senior level audiences for decision-making purposes.
- Ability to maintain control of classified material; quickly assimilate disparate data; render knowledgeable and accurate assessments of the implication of such data; make decisions, estimates, and recommendations under conditions of urgency and pressure based on mature judgment and experience; and present and/or justify a position effectively.
Requirements:
- Must be a U.S Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance with SCI access.
- Position is designated special-sensitive and requires eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), other intelligence-related Special Sensitive information, or involvement in Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAP) to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
- A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
- Drug Testing: This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Demand Reduction Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety.

Salary : $129,096 - $167,830
