What are the responsibilities and job description for the INVESTIGATOR / INVESTIGATIVE COUNSEL position at United States Senate?
The Senate Budget Committee Majority Staff seeks an Investigator/Investigative Counsel to join its oversight team. Job responsibilities will include extensive document review, drafting letters of inquiry, preparing memoranda, and engaging with external stakeholders. Candidates with varied levels of oversight or investigations experience will be considered, but candidates must demonstrate a keen attention to detail and excellent research and writing skills. Experience in environmental, health care, and/or dark money issues preferred. JD or master’s degree not required. Salary commensurate with experience.
