Strategic Leadership Role

United States Secured Exchange (USSE) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to architect and execute our dual-capital strategy across equity and tokenized assets. As a privacy-first crypto ecosystem with a 180-year token release model, zk-SNARK-powered infrastructure, and Reg A roadmap, we’re not building fast—we’re building forever.

About USSE United States Secured Exchange is a decentralized financial communications network combining secure messaging, Ethereum-based tokenomics, and long-term deflationary mechanics. We're structured as a Delaware C-Corp, integrating traditional Common & Preferred equity with a 7-billion capped token economy. Our triennial unlock model and aggressive bonding curve sale aim to raise $300M through transparent, permissionless participation. Token governance is controlled by token holders through a formal voting process. Corporate governance, however, is managed exclusively by the executive board of directors and is not subject to token holder voting.

Your Mission As CFO, you’ll control all financial layers of a dual-system architecture:

• Web3: Treasury management, token unlock modeling, protocol fee distribution, staking APYs
• Web2/Corp: SEC compliance, Reg A filings, C-Corp equity structuring, Board reporting
• Operational: Presale fund allocations, quarterly budget modeling, audit and tax readiness

What You’ll Do

• Design treasury frameworks across wallets, fees, liquidity, and triennial token vesting
• Implement SEC-aligned equity issuance (Common and Preferred) and disclosure controls
• Direct fund deployment: liquidity, community, CEX, marketing, etc.
• Lead transparency reports on chain and off-chain (board wallets, token grants, fee revenue)
• Coordinate with legal and CEO on all Reg A , fundraising, and international compliance
• Report to the CEO and Board; oversee Operations and Board Wallet (fee stream)

You’re Right If You Have

• 7 years in CFO/Finance roles (crypto, fintech, or regulated startup)
• Experience managing over $10M in token or equity-based funding rounds
• Familiarity with ERC-20 mechanics, treasury architecture, and zk-based governance
• Knowledge of Reg A, D, S filings and C-Corp financial compliance
• Web3-native thinking with Web2 discipline
• CPA, CFA, or Series 7/63/65 a plus

Compensation

• Compensation activation is tied to defined revenue milestones and strategic thresholds
• Base salary increases across Early, Growth, and Public stages
• Performance-based bonus targets set annually by the Board
• Equity participation through multi-year vesting and milestone-based top-ups
• Additional executive benefits phased in as funding thresholds are achieved
