Here’s How You’ll Have An Impact
- Support development and execution of strategic and tactical operational plans for Pan American and Junior Pan American Games in collaboration with Sport Performance and Logistics.
- Serve as a primary operational point of contact for specific functional areas (e.g., delegation accreditation, village operations, travel) with NGBs, Organizing Committees, Panam Sports, and internal USOPC teams.
- Assist withday-to-day delegation processes: collect/validate entries, coordinate accreditation documentation, support pre-registration deadlines, and maintain timelines aligned with OC requirements.
- Assist the Associate Director in the execution of the Sport Entries and Late AthleteReplacement (LAR) process for the Summer Pan American Games.
- Coordinate Rate Card process and ordering for relevant Games. Distribute relevantinformation, including follow-up, to NGBs and internal departments.Collaboratewith FAsto collect orders and submit delegation orders. Monitor submission,fulfillment, and payment.
- Assist with village operations planning and delivery: housing, athlete services, nutrition liaison, IT/communications coordination, and on-site support during Games.
- Coordinate Games travel andsite visitlogistics: gather requirements, support booking protocols, assist airport operations planning, and manage vehicle/driver logistics in partnership with Logistics.
- Work with Games Operations Systems and Information team to administer surveys, data collection, and reporting: design/support distribution of pre-Games and post-Games surveys, compile results, and produce operational reports and briefings.
- Support Games communications and publications: draft/edit delegate-facing materials, update Games extranet content, and maintain document/version control.
- Assist with development, testing, and rollout of Team USA delegation application and other digital tools; liaise with developers and vendors.
- Provide on-site operational support during Games and associated site visits, including coordination of shipments, rate cards, and satellite accommodation logistics.
- Maintain accurate records and support budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and vendor documentation in partnership with Finance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support Games delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid passport
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- 2-4 years of experience with Olympic or Paralympic sport programs including coaching, event operations management, logistics and team management, and/or experience with an organizing committee
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-stakeholder processes and managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting travel logistics, accreditation processes, or athlete services preferred.
- Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail

Here's Some More Information You Need To Know
- Hiring pay range $22.65 - $23.70 per hour.
- This Full-Time, Non-Exempt position is intended to work 40 hours per week.
- Bonus: This position will be eligible for the Annual Incentive Award Program, which has a 5% target. The USOPC may change or eliminate this program at any time at its sole discretion.
