Position Summary:
- Customer Consultations : Assess customer needs and recommend tailored HVAC, plumbing, and energy efficiency solutions.
- Sales & Product Demonstrations : Present products, provide pricing, provide financing options, and close sales to meet targets.
- Relationship Building : Foster long-term customer relationships and offer additional products or services as needed.
- Collaboration : Work with installation teams for smooth product delivery and installation.
- Provide Follow-Up & Support : Offer post-sale support, answer customer inquiries, and assist with any issues or concerns after installation.
- Documentation : Keep detailed records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
