About The Role
You go to homes that already asked to see us. You find out what the family needs, show them the right HVAC, plumbing, or energy-saving option, and close the sale. Installs usually happen within 48 hours of the sale. Commissions are usually paid within a week. You get no cold calling and no door knocking.
What You'll Do
- Run pre-booked, pre-qualified in-home appointments
- Listen to the homeowner and find what they really need
- Recommend HVAC, plumbing, insulation, and energy-saving products
- Explain pricing and financing options, then close the sale
- Hand off smoothly to the install team
- Follow up with customers after the install
- Log every sale and customer visit in our CRM
