Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and coachable individuals to join our team as Home Improvement Sales Representatives. This is an outside, field-based role where you will engage directly with homeowners, educate them on their home’s energy efficiency, and present solutions that make a real impact.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide training and ongoing support. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, willing to work, and ready to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Work in the field engaging with homeowners (door-to-door outreach)
- Conduct basic home energy assessments with training provided
- Educate customers on AC systems, ductwork, and attic improvements
- Set appointments and present solutions tailored to customer needs
- Work closely with your team and leadership for daily development
- Follow a structured sales process and training program
