Minimum Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with time keeping and ADP workforce now.
- Background in organizational development or change management.
- Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion program development.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for employee questions, grievances, and conflict resolution, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager.
- Manage employee development programs to support career growth.
- Employee Engagement and Retention
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports related to workforce metrics and compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR policies and initiatives that support organizational objectives.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
- Support the performance review process and assist with employee benefit administration.
