Facilities Manager – Midtown ManhattanUnited Staffing Solutions is representing Aa leading media and corporate organization seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to support daily building operations at a large, high-profile office campus in Midtown Manhattan. This Facilities Manager role is responsible for overseeing facilities operations across multiple buildings within walking distance and serves as a key point of contact for maintenance, vendors, and internal staff.This is a full-time Facilities Manager position, working 40 hours per week, with an initial assignment of 4–6 months and the possibility of extension.Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pmCompensation: $36.05–$43.27 per hour (roughly $75,000–$90,000 annually), depending on experienceFacilities Manager Responsibilities:Managing day-to-day facilities operations across 3–4 office buildingsOverseeing all building maintenance, repairs, and general facilities servicesInterfacing with work order systems to track, prioritize, and resolve requestsCommunicating with internal staff regarding facilities issues, timelines, and updatesDelegating tasks and coordinating services with vendors and internal teamsOverseeing cleaning crews, building engineers, HVAC providers, and moving servicesCoordinating preventative maintenance and responding to urgent facilities needsFollowing up on open work orders and reporting status updates to leadershipEnsuring facilities operations run smoothly, safely, and efficientlyFacilities Manager Requirements:3–5 years of experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar facilities or building operations roleStrong background in building maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordinationExperience managing multiple buildings or large office environments preferredFamiliarity with work order management systemsExcellent communication, organization, and follow-up skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple service providers simultaneouslyFacilities Manager Position Highlights:High-visibility Facilities Manager role in a well-established corporate environmentStandard weekday schedule with no nights or weekendsCompetitive pay for a contract Facilities Manager opportunityPotential for assignment extension based on business needsApply below for immediate consideration.
