BANKING & SUPPORT MANAGER – BANKING - FINANCE United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking an experienced Banker for a well-established bank in the New York City Area. This Service & Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the bank’s internal service and support function. Salary: $103,400 – $120,000 depending on experience.Excellent Benefits Package.Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-6pm, flexibility required if needed to work on some weekends. Responsibilities for the Banking & Support Manager: · Oversee companywide operational training programs· Offer coaching, motivation and skill development to staff· Work with Operations, IT, Compliance, and other departments to resolve issues, implement improvements· Lead and manage the service and support team· Provide cross-functional support to other areas of the bank and department· Perform annual performance reviews· Assure adherence to bank policies and procedures Requirements for the Banking & Support Manager:· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or related field· Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking, banking operations or call center· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role· Occasional travel to other locations as needed· Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills· Proficiency in MS Office Suite, core banking systems, and case management/ticketing systems· Knowledge of retail bank products, services, and related operating procedures· Familiarity with banking regulations, and compliance requirements· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Must be able to supply 3 employment references Apply today for immediate consideration!
