We're seeking an experienced Spray Foam Foreman & Applicator to join our growing team.
Job Description:
United Spray is looking to hire an experienced spray foam foreman/applicator with a proven track record in the installation of both Closed Cell and Open Cell Spray Foam Insulation. This role requires hands-on experience in a commercial jobsite setting and includes supervising crew members, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the highest quality of work. Candidates must be motivated and capable of improving daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install open cell and closed cell spray foam insulation in line with job specifications.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair spray foam rigs, pumps, and related equipment.
- Safely drive and operate a 26' box truck for transportation of equipment and materials.
- Supervise and lead spray foam crews, ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Meet or exceed daily production quotas and project deadlines.
- Ensure that the product is installed at the specified thicknesses with high accuracy.
- Diagnose and fix equipment issues promptly.
- Work well with a team, take instruction, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Complete daily reports each day prior to leaving site, track labor and material budgets and communicate with project superintendents.
Position Requirements:
- Experience with both Closed Cell and Open Cell Spray Foam Insulation.
- Ability to maintain and repair spray foam rigs, pumps, and generators.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a 26' box truck.
- Willingness to travel and stay away during the workweek as needed.
- Comfortable working in a commercial jobsite environment.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.
- SST Card required.
- Ability to meet or exceed production goals and maintain high standards.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation for continuous improvement.
- ***REQUIRES WEEKLY TRAVEL AND STAYING AWAY IN HOTELS/LODGING FOR SOME EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME***
- Background check required.
