Job Overview

As a Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Production Specialist, you will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot DTG printing equipment while producing vibrant, high-quality custom apparel. You'll work closely with our production and design teams to ensure every garment meets our quality standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate commercial Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printers
• Calibrate equipment for optimal print quality and color accuracy
• Prepare garments by inspecting fabrics, loading artwork, and managing color profiles
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting on DTG equipment
• Interpret artwork files and ensure accurate placement and printing
• Monitor production schedules to meet daily deadlines
• Perform quality control inspections for color accuracy, print alignment, and durability
• Package completed garments for shipment
• Maintain inventory of inks, pretreatments, garments, and production supplies
• Keep the production area clean, organized, and operating safely
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous DTG printing experience preferred
• Experience operating commercial DTG equipment is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of garment construction and various fabric types
• Experience working in a manufacturing, print shop, embroidery, or warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality standards
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW (preferred but not required)
