What are the responsibilities and job description for the Universal Banker position at United Southern Bank?
We are seeking a Universal Banker to join our team. The Universal Banker position is the experienced level of CSR & Teller within the retail banking structure. The Universal Banker provides a variety of banking services to customers and refers and/or arranges financial services to meet customer needs.
As a Universal Banker, responsibilities include opening new accounts including but not limited to checking accounts, savings accounts, CD's, money market accounts and IRA's. Verifying and processing changes to existing accounts. Reviewing/processing disputes and stop payments. Initiating wire transfers. Issuing debit cards. Assisting customers with balancing checkbooks/accounts. Completing NSF reporting. Reviewing mobile deposits. Teller responsibilities may include cashing checks, making deposits, balancing your drawer, vault balancing, etc. In addition, Universal Bankers consult with customers to determine financial needs and cross sell banking products. All USB employees are expected to comply with all BSA and Compliance rules and regulations.
USB is a community bank located in Lake County, Florida.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
