  • Monitor computer consoles, job scheduler applications, and peripheral equipment to ensure successful processing of daily production workloads.
  • Observe system and equipment operations for error messages, warnings, machine stoppages, or processing issues; promptly report and escalate problems as necessary.
  • Submit, monitor, and verify scheduled batch jobs, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all assigned processing tasks.
  • Learn and utilize the ISE Job Scheduler module to add, modify, delete, restart, and manage scheduled jobs.
  • Ensure all production processing activities are documented accurately, including job completion status and processing exceptions.
  • Verify the accuracy, completeness, and quality of reports, files, and other system-generated outputs prior to release or distribution.
  • Monitor and validate the successful transfer of critical data files, including ACH, debit card, credit card, share draft, bill payer, and other financial transaction files.
  • Identify data processing exceptions and communicate issues to appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Distribute computer-generated reports and manage report archival through optical retrieval systems.
  • Load and maintain peripheral equipment with required operational materials such as printer paper, forms, and storage media.
  • Review production schedules to determine processing priorities and prepare systems for upcoming assignments.
  • Perform system backup procedures and coordinate the secure transfer of backup files to off-site storage locations.
  • Maintain detailed records of billable processing activities and other operational metrics as required.
  • Assist clients with questions, troubleshooting, service requests, and issue resolution while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Support the training and development of other Computer Operators by sharing knowledge of shift responsibilities, processing procedures, and equipment operations.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors regarding production status, operational issues, and system performance.
  • Notify supervisors, senior operators, vendors, or maintenance personnel when technical issues cannot be resolved internally.
  • Ensure building security by verifying authorized access through intercom systems and monitoring visitor entry procedures.
  • Safeguard company equipment, supplies, facilities, and confidential information at all times.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, security standards, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Foster positive working relationships with co-workers, clients, vendors, and business partners through professional and courteous interactions.
  • Support departmental and organizational initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.

Shift Hours are 2:00PM to 10:30PM.

May be required to work some holidays or weekends.
