rEngineering Manager to lead sprint execution, drive software delivery quality, and manage a team of software engineers across healthcare technology initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical depth with people management and delivery accountability

.Primary Responsibilitie

sSprint Execution & Deliver

• yLead sprint execution with the scrum team; participate in daily scrum call

• pSizing and estimation for new initiatives, projects, and backlog feature
• sCollaborate with technical architecture teams on design for new projects and feature
• sPartner with Product Owners/Product Managers to understand product vision, objectives, and metric
• sCreate and maintain effective software delivery frameworks that ensure qualit
• yEstablish and enforce code review processes, adherence to coding standard
• sEstablish automated quality control processes (CI/CD pipelines including standards checks, automated functional, security, and performance testing

tRequired Qualification

• s8 years of experience in software engineerin
• gProven experience in software delivery managemen
• tExperience managing a team of software engineer
• sStrong technical background in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, or comparable modern tech stack
• sExperience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologie
• sHands-on experience establishing CI/CD pipelines and engineering best practice
